Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Social Setlist. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Social Setlist.
The service
Social Setlist lets you write, schedule and publish posts to social accounts you connect, and view related analytics. Features may change, and some may not be available yet.
Your account
You’re responsible for your account and for activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13.
Connected platforms
You can only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Social platforms such as Meta have their own terms and policies, and you must follow them when you use Social Setlist. We aren’t responsible for changes, outages or restrictions imposed by those platforms. See our privacy policy for how connected data is handled.
Your content
You own the content you create and upload. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to run the service, including publishing it to the accounts you choose. You’re responsible for your content and for having the rights to post it.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use Social Setlist for spam, deception, harassment or anything illegal.
- Don’t post content that infringes others’ rights or violates a platform’s rules.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt the service, access others’ data, or evade usage limits.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
AI-assisted drafts and photo descriptions
AI drafting produces suggestions that can be inaccurate or unsuitable, including descriptions of what is in a photo. Always review a draft or a description before you publish it, and only include photos you have the right to use. You’re responsible for what you post.
Plans, trial and billing
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full Pro access and no credit card required. After the trial, your workspace moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly: Starter at $12.99 per month or $129 per year, and Pro at $29.99 per month or $299 per year. Plans differ in projects, connected-account limits, scheduled posts, AI credits, analytics history and storage, as described on our pricing page. You can also buy extra AI credits as one-time purchases; they do not expire and are not refundable once used. Prices exclude sales tax and VAT, which are added at checkout where they apply. Payments are handled by Stripe and may appear on your card statement as “LINK.COM* SOCIAL SETLIST”. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and then your workspace moves to the Free plan.
Termination
You can stop using Social Setlist and delete your account at any time (see the data deletion steps in our privacy policy). We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect the service.
Disclaimers and liability
Social Setlist is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that scheduled posts will always publish, because publishing depends on third-party platforms. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date above, and continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
